Sound familiar?

You're consistent. You show up. You follow the program.

And somehow you're still here: burned out again, dealing with an injury that won't resolve, or watching your progress stall the moment life gets stressful.

You've tried better programming. More sleep. Less volume. Another coach.

Or maybe you just finished PT, got cleared, and then… nothing. No one told you how to actually get back to lifting. You're not injured anymore, but you don't feel confident loading the way you used to. The gap between "discharged" and "training hard again" is real, and almost nobody in fitness addresses it.

The problem isn't your effort. It's that nobody has treated your body as a whole system — your training, your nervous system, your injury history, your relationship with stress — all at once.

That's not a programming problem. That's a clinical problem.

Here's what changes.

Strong Without Breaking Private Coaching is a 90-day clinical container built around your body specifically. Not a template. Not a protocol designed for someone else.

You leave knowing exactly why your body responds the way it does — how to train at your edge without crossing it, and how to keep building without the crash.

Lifters who come through this don't just get stronger. They stop fighting their own body.

What's included in your 90 days

Personalized Programming

Built around your schedule, your goals, and your body — not a template. Delivered to your own file in a shared Google Drive so everything is in one place and always accessible.

Mobility & PT Work, Integrated

Targeted corrective work — mobility drills, PT protocols, movement pattern retraining — built directly into your program. Part of the system, not an afterthought.

Nervous System & Lifestyle Work

The repetitive positions you hold, the stress you carry, the way your body signals fatigue — all directly affect your training. I identify the adjustments that will actually move the needle.

Biweekly Video Check-Ins

Dedicated space to review what's working, adjust what isn't, and go deeper on anything your body is telling us. No guessing between sessions.

Your body changes. Your program does too. Built-in adjustment window so nothing gets stale.

What clients actually say

"My mindset around weight training changed. I thought cardio was enough… By being consistent with my program, as much as I could do during each session, I saw changes and that motivated me more. It's a powerful experience to feel yourself get stronger!"

"Now recognizing the importance of strength training — not just to get stronger and tone, but to support my body for general mobility… I'm more confident in what my body will be able to do eventually, even if my progress is slow. I don't feel as discouraged when I have to rest, or when I'm not reaching my goals as quickly as I would like. I'm better able to recognize small improvements. I didn't expect that and I am thankful for that awareness."
N.G.
"Three years ago, I used to jump on YouTube and watch my favorite fitness guru create workouts for the week. I did them, but wasn't consistent — they kept stacking so many different versions of legs, glutes, upper and lower body exercises. The results were barely there because I didn't have a routine that actually fit my body's needs, age, and level of discipline.

I met Dr. Amanda and expressed my workout routine and fears from past body injuries. She created an eight-week program tailor-made to combat my fears around the lower and upper body injuries I'd suffered for 8 years in the gym. I stuck to the routine, working out four days a week. The changes have been about much more than just how I look.

One of the biggest improvements has been my posture. I'm standing a lot straighter, and the back pain I used to deal with has eased up quite a bit. My legs have gotten noticeably stronger, which has helped with my balance, stability, and endurance. I've also built broader shoulders and a stronger upper body, giving me a more athletic look and improving my overall strength.

In just 8 to 12 weeks of focused training, I've seen real improvements in my body, my health, and my everyday life. I feel stronger, move better, stand taller, and have way more confidence than when I started. I'm still just getting started, and I'm excited to keep building on the progress I've made."

Doctor of Physical Therapy  ·  Lifestyle Bodybuilder

I spent years building my physique the way fitness culture said to: more volume, tighter macros, push through it. I was consistent. I was disciplined. And my body — my hormones, my GI system, my nervous system — fell apart anyway.

I rebuilt it. Not by finding the perfect program, but by treating my body as a system. Understanding the load my nervous system could actually handle. Learning how my body responded to my own training splits and adapting the structure to not only achieve my physique goals but prevent injuries. Unlearning the approach that was keeping me stuck.

I've been lifting for over 16 years — 11 of those with a home gym, 5+ as a lifestyle bodybuilder. I've trained in gyms across the world and coached clients through every kind of setup: full gym, home gym, minimal equipment, post-injury, post-PT, returning after years away. My approach has always been the same: meet their body where it is, understand what it needs and why, and build from there.

That's the combination I bring to every client. A doctoral background in how the body responds under stress, load, and restriction. The lived experience of having to figure this out from the inside.

Common questions

How is this different from working with a personal trainer?
A personal trainer builds you workouts. I bring a doctoral-level understanding of how your body responds under stress, load, injury, and restriction — combined with over 16 years of lifting experience and 5+ years of lifestyle bodybuilding. No certification course produces that combination. And I'm not teaching theory. I've rebuilt my own body through multiple burnouts. I know what this actually takes.
How is this different from hiring a bodybuilding coach?
A bodybuilding coach optimizes your physique on the assumption that your body is cooperating. My clients come to me because their bodies have stopped cooperating — burning out, overtraining, injuries or pain that won't go away, losing progress every time. We fix the root first. The physique follows. If you've already tried "just get a better program" and found out the problem wasn't the program, this is the answer.
Do I need to be at a certain level to apply?
You need a foundation. This isn't a beginner program. If you've been training consistently for at least a year and keep hitting the same wall — burnout, injury cycles, stalled progress, or nervous system symptoms — you're likely a fit. The application will help us figure that out together.
What if I have an existing injury?
That's often exactly why people find me. I'm not a replacement for acute medical care — if you need surgery or in-person care, you can go to a PT clinic. But if you have a lingering injury that keeps coming back, or a history of things breaking down every time you push harder, that's precisely what we address. Understanding why your body fails under load is part of the work.
How do I apply?
Click the button below. The application takes about 5–10 minutes — I read every response. If I think we're a potential fit, I'll reach out to schedule a discovery call. The call is free, no pressure.
